it is so much more than enough! i wish i could remember that at every given point during my day...things would go much smoother. but i am human not perfect; which is my point tonight. as i mentioned before, i am reading the bible in 90 days. it is a marvelous challenge and i am beyond thankful at the provisions the father is making in my daily life which allow me to keep up. but the thursday morning women's study at our church is doing beth moore's study on revelation. even though i knew it would be unlikely i would find the time for the at home part of the study, i just couldn't pass it up again. thursday morning this verse really stuck with me and i have had it on my mind to share...
2 timothy 2:19
nevertheless, God's solid foundation stands firm, sealed with this inscription: "The Lord knows those who are his," and, "Everyone who confesses the name of the Lord must turn away from wickedness."
i don't share this to act like i have turned from all wickedness and lead some blameless life as that is so far from reality. rather, for me it is such a touching reminder that when i decided to follow Him, i was set apart, i am His (regardless of how many times i stumble or outright fall) and His love will be with me always. oh, the comfort of His word!

So here i sit at the tabernacle in atlanta waiting for the opening act at the guster concert and i am typing this post on my iphone! Thank you at&t for putting it on sale so i didnt feel guilty upgrading. This phone is WAY too cool for me; just like the rest of this night. Jay got me these tickets for my birthday back in december and scored us back stage passes that i found out about as we were standing in line outside in the COLD! I am not cool enough to go back stage even if it is a band most of you have not heard of! A band you should check out if you dont know them... Guster.com i am pretty sure. I discovered them wih erin back in like 1997 at city stages and i have been enjoying ever since! Like they are definately on my "emergency music" list. Anyway, i'll stop rambling and fill you all in on the awesomeness of this night later (along with an update on life these past few weeks). You'll have to excuse any misspellings or other errors...jay said blogging from my phone was blogging at its purest. Have a great weekend and stay warm!
